In March of 2025, I had the privilege of travelling to the United Kingdom (specifically Scotland and England). It had always been a dream of mine to travel to the UK, as my grandfather was born and raised in the lowlands of Western Scotland. These are two beautiful countries full of rolling hills, beautiful gardens, picturesque architecture, and delicious food.
